This position pays $24-26 per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity. 

We are looking for the following schedules:

• Monday - Friday / 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Monday - Friday / 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

What you will do: 

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute 
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers 

• Data entry of s
•  ensitive information 
• General inbound customer service  

What you bring: 

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask 
• Conscientious, team player 
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
